- Carrefour in connection with the expansion of their retail network;
- A major Israeli investment company in the acquisition of a very large Bucharest real estate and in relation to the subsequent implementation of a real estate project;
- Baneasa Project development companies in the largest real estate development in Romania;
- Primavera Development in the development, leasing and sale of S-Park office building;
- Modus Properties in connection with its involvement in the development of one of Romania’s largest commercial parks (the Collosseum project).

- A large Irish investor in the development of a complex real estate project in Bucharest;
- An UK investment fund and subsequently the joint-venture development company in connection with two large commercial parks in Iasi and Oradea;
- Primavera Development in connection with the development of a retail centre in Sibiu and several other residential, hotel and office projects in earlier stages;
- Aquila Logistic in connection with the sale and leaseback of their logistic parks and the development of a residential project in Predeal;
- Intermarche Group (operating the Interex chain of supermarkets) in connection with the expansion of their supermarket network;
- Baneasa development companies in connection with all matters related to the development of one of the largest shopping malls in the country (Baneasa Shopping City), the acquisition of the Feeria Shopping Gallery and the development of Baneasa Business & Technology Park.
