Cristian leads our real estate practice area having extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law acting for investors, developers, tenants and borrowers on a broad range of (cross-border) transactions with an emphasis on real estate acquisitions, lease agreements, construction law (including FIDIC regulated agreements), real estate finance and due diligence reviews.
Cristian is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000. He holds a Law degree from Bucharest University School of Law. He joined Lina & Guia in 2008 and is fluent in English and French. |
